A
bulk of rooms at Sangnam
International House, located next to the
campus of Pusan National University, has been reserved
for SOCs, invited speakers and foreign participants.

A
block of rooms at Dong-Bahng Hotel, which is a small but
decent, reasonably priced hotel near the PNU campus (about
20 minutes by subway and walk), have been reserved. The
group rate is KW 40,000 (substantially discounted from
their regular rate). |

The
above is a tentative assignment. We were able to get
only 40 rooms at Sangnam
International House. So some of foreign
participants and all Korean participants are assigned
at Dong-Bahng Hotel. If You have changed your schedule,
or if you have comments on the assignment, please send an email to

Transportation
between PNU campus to Dong-Bahng Hotel:
1) The distance along local streets between the two places
is about 1.5 km, but there are no decent sidewalks for
pedestrians for most of streets. So walking could be
a little challenge.
2) Taking a taxi will cost about 1,500 Won each way
and may be the most convenient method in hot humid summer
weather.
3) Alternatively, you may take the Busan Subway. You
have to walk to Oncheonjang Station (from Dong-Bahng
Hotel) or to Busan Nat'l Univ. Station (from PNU campus).
The total walking distance would be almost 1 km (please
refer to the map). The fare is 700 won each way.
