We have reserved a bulk of rooms at Hotel Adria. The hotel is located near the campus of Chungnam National University (CNU) and about 8.5 km from the conference venue (KASI).

Participants do not need to reserve hotel by themselves. LOC will assign the reserved rooms to participants. Students are asked to share rooms, and two students will be assgined to a room with two beds.

Transportation between Hotel Adria and KASI will be arranged by LOC.

The bulk room rate, after a heavy discount, is about 100,000 Korean Won/night.

If you plan to leave on November 5 (Sunday) after the group tour to Seoul on Novemer 4 (Saturday) (check the miscellany page for further information on the group tour), please make a room reservation for the night of November 4 (Saturday) by yourself. We suggest several Korean traditional houses that were transformed to bed and breakfast style lodgings near InsaDong in downtwon Seoul. Please visit the following website:
