For foreign participants

A bulk of rooms at Hotel Spapia has been reserved for foreign participants. It is located near the campus of Chungnam National University (CNU) and about 8.5 km from the conference venue (KASI).

The bulk room rate will be about 100,000 Korean Won/night.

For student participants

Limited number of rooms will be available free of charge for students at the guest house of KASI. Foreign student participants will be assigned to the KASI guest house automatically. Korean students should send a request to LOC.

Alternatives

There are several economical hotels and motels in Youseong area with room rates ranging from 50,000-100,000 Korean Won/night. Please send an email to LOC, if you would like to find a room at those hotels.
