     Scientific Rationale
    - Collisionless shocks are ubiquitous in astrophysical environments.
Many astrophysical phenomena are governed by them.

    - In this workshop, turbulence and particle acceleration at astrophysical shocks are to be discussed.
    - Topics to be covered
        1. Collisionless shocks in astrophysical environments including shocks in heliosphere, supernova
remnants, AGN jets, gamma-ray bursts, and the large scale structure of the universe
        2. Instabilities at shocks, turbulent flow motions around shocks
        3. Magnetic field amplification at shocks, particle acceleration at shocks
        4. Simulations : DSA, Monte Carlo, hybrid, PIC, etc
